Introduction

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”) and CharlesWorks, LLC (“CharlesWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which CharlesWorks will provide web development and hosting services for the Client.
Services
1. Hosting & Domain Costs: We host the website at a monthly fee of $19.99. Domain names cost $15 per year separately.
2. Development Costs: The estimated total cost for developing the website is under $600. This can be financed at $59 per month until paid off. After that, the monthly cost will drop to the hosting fee of $19.99.
3. Website Features: The website will include a Main Page and an About Page. Clients will have editor access to update certain portions of the website.
4. Additional Costs: Any changes requested by the Client will be billed at our current rate, charged by the minute.
Payment Terms
1. Interest: A 1.5% interest rate will be applied each month on account balances due over 30 days old.
2. Payment Portal: Payments can be made via a credit or debit card entered into the CharlesWorks system.
3. Payoff: Clients can pay off the amount owed on their account in full at any time.
Client Responsibilities
1. Content: The Client is solely responsible for any content placed on their website, including compliance with copyright and legal requirements.
2. Approval: The Client is obligated to fully check the website prior to authorizing CharlesWorks to make it live.
3. Contact Information: The Client agrees to keep updated contact information with CharlesWorks to include name, address, mobile and/or landline phone. This includes updated credit card information if paying my credit card.
4. Access: Editor access will be provided for the Client to update the website. Administrative access will not be available until all payments are completed.
Limitations
This Agreement applies to websites expected to be within the approximately $600 cost range (not including web hosting and domain name(s).
Termination
The Client is under no long-term obligation except to pay for the services and domain name(s) rendered by CharlesWorks.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
Acceptance
By authorizing CharlesWorks to make your website live, either through phone call, in person, email or text message, you agree to abide by this Agreement. You also agree to abide by the CharlesWorks Terms of Service.
